Discovery
It is important to understand the vision and previous efforts of a client when beginning any new project. We begin every project with a series of discovery and research sessions to help us understand our client’s business and goals.
Iterations
After ensuring that the team understands the client’s vision, we offer services through a series of iterations called Sprints. These are of fixed durations of two to four weeks, and in each one we provide a subset of defined functionalities.
Delivery
Additional Sprints are carried out to offer additional functions, reviews, and user tests. Each Sprint is iterative, providing improvements on the work finished in previous sprints and adding new characteristics to the system until delivery of the final project.
